We create the preorder function to fight against wastes and efficiently coordinate our production to make you fall in love with our jewels at first sight.

Do i receive discount on Preorder items?

How long can i expect to receive Preorder items?

We strive to ship your preordered items within 4 weeks, in case of severe delays we will issue vouchers to appreciate your patience.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship mainly to Europe, but we are also happy to help you if you are located outside Europe. Please send us an inquiry for shipping charges and other information. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free shipping to all EU orders above €200; for Non-EU orders we do not offer free shipping at this moment. For details please check here.

Do I need to pay duties & taxes?

Duties and taxes are included for orders made from the 27 EU member states. For other European countries and the rest of the world, the customer is liable for the duties and taxes upon receipt. We highly suggest to check with your local custom or tax office for more information.

What is your return policy?

You are entitled to return the items unworn and undamaged within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging and tags must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

Please note that for hygienic reason, we cannot accept the return of Earrings; moreover, all orders made during Sale are final and can thus no longer be returned.

There are a few popular methods to determine your ring size. Some are more accurate than others but for the best results, we would always recommend visiting a jeweller to be properly measured.

The best time of day to measure your ring size is in the evening. Our fingers naturally change size throughout the day and it’s best to measure them at when they are at their largest to ensure you get a comfortable ring fit. During the course of the day, it is normal for your fingers to swell and they will be at their largest by the evening. Avoid measuring your fingers when they are cold, as at this point they can be at least half a size too small. We recommend sizing your fingers a few times to make sure your ring size measurement is as accurate as possible. In case your measurement falls between two sizes, pick the larger size.
